Hello! Thank you for your kind words! I do have a general shopping list like apples and milk which i consume almost everyday. Anything else is base on impromptu. But i usually google the calories or read the nutritional values before considering to eat something to keep track of my daily diet and it’s pretty awesome because sometimes i would be turn off by the number of calories there is in the food I’m craving for and i ended with a healthier choice. :)
